If the problem is still not resolved, we can provide a nearby repair location based on your address for professional maintenance. You need to pack the product properly and wait for UPS to pick it up. We will bear the round-trip shipping costs. Return requests will not be accepted after we have cooperated in handling the after-sales issue and the problem has been resolved.
